INTEGRATIVE HEALING SERVICES

Well Within offers Integrative Healing services that help reduce stress, anxiety and pain, enhance the mind/body connection and encourage healing.  Our highly-trained practitioners bring a variety of skills to their individual healing sessions.  The following Integrative Healing techniques are offered at Well Within:

Healing Touch and Reiki are forms of energy balancing that bring peace to the body, mind and spirit.  With little or no physical touch, these practices work to open the body’s energy systems and promote deep relaxation and healing.  For example, many people receiving chemotherapy find these modalities extremely beneficial at reducing anxiety and nausea.

Esoteric (meaning “deep within”) Healing is energy healing that connects and affects the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

MariEl is hands-on healing that brings warm, soothing comfort to the spirit.  It gently opens and restores the human heart, enhancing self-acceptance and bringing a sense of renewal.

Cancer Guidance and Healing Coaching provide support and guidance for individuals with cancer or other health or life issues.  Individuals are guided toward specific strategies to help them live fully in the midst of their challenges.

Integrative Imagery is a dynamic, active imagery process that uses the power of the imagination to evoke positive mind/body responses.

Spiritual Direction is provided by a trained director who helps deepen the awareness of the sacred on the wellness journey.  A spiritual director maintains an ear for the spiritual and an openness to many viewpoints and faith traditions.
