Spring Forest Qigong
Introductory Workshop: Wednesday, April 29, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
The current economic crisis is creating very stressful environments at work and home - in hearts and minds. If you're life has been challenged and you're seeking relief or inspiration, join us for an introduction to this ancient Chinese healing art. The practice of Qigong can help you relax, balance your energy, and bring more harmony into your life.
Qigong is designed to increase the flow of energy throughout the body so you feel better and are able to heal more quickly or direct your energy toward peak performance. It has been used to treat headaches, arthritis, heart problems, depression and a wide range of other health issues. By strengthening the immune system, you can maintain a more positive outlook - even while surviving a chronic disease or job loss.
