Well Within is a warm and welcoming nonprofit wellness resource center that offers innovative programs and services to those who seek well-being and healing of body, mind and spirit.

Welcome

Well Within is a wellness resource center created to assist and encourage people in the midst of a health challenge who are seeking wellness and balance within their lives. We offer a variety of workshops, creative art processes and other integrative healing experiences that support the body's innate ability to heal. We believe integrating spirituality and creativity into the healing journey promotes optimal conditions for bringing the body, mind, emotions and spirit into balance.

Our center is designed to be warm, welcoming and filled with loving energy for all who come through our doors. Well Within is the dream of founders Mary Treacy O'Keefe and Pat Walsh. Our classes, workshops, personal growth and healing offerings stem from the collective experiences common in healing journeys which enable one to survive and then thrive in the midst of health challenges. Integrating body, mind, emotions and spirit is essential to healing. Well Within offers a variety of approaches to explore your healing journey, as well as powerful tools for doing the inner work that so often accompanies a health crisis. Being part of a supportive and healing community also develops within the network of the center.

What we offer at Well Within is intended to support you in several ways as you come to a place of inner acceptance and balance. From this inner space you can choose to live life fully for however long life flows within you.

As the proud recipient of a Medica and Speaking of Women's Health Community Investment Grant, Well Within is developing a new web resource: Becoming Well, Within the Twin Cities.

I see...
the relief in their eyes when the door is open,
the tension leave their body as they are welcomed,
their shaky hands settle when they are offered a chair,
the smile on their face when they see they are not alone,
the peace in their heart when they realize it is safe to share,
the joy in their spirit when they know they have been heard,
the  bond that forms when they understand others truly care,
the confidence that builds when they gain insight,
the hesitation they have when it comes time to go...
and they leave
